Our Meeting House:
Cartmel Meeting House was designed by Quaker architect Alfred Waterhouse, who also designed the Manchester Town Hall. The nearby village of Cartmel has many pleasant, flat walks around or near it.

Peace Vigil
Everyone is welcome to join Cartmel Friends for our monthly Time for Peace, a half hour silent meeting followed by refreshments and fellowship. Usually held at 10.30am on the fourth Friday of the month, but please check.
Meeting for Worship:
We meet on the first and third Sunday from 10.45 for an hour with tea, coffee and biscuits afterwards.
Parking is on the gravelled area you can see in the photograph.
(We have a portable ramp to enable wheelchair access up the step into the meeting house. Our toilets are not wheelchair accessible but we have a toilet with a raised seat and frame round it.)
